8 WEEK MINDFUL SELF COMPASSION WORKSHOP
Mindful Self-Compassion has been developed by Drs Kristin Neff and Christopher Germer as part of increasing scientific understanding of the effects of mindfulness and self-compassion.
The 8 week course allows you to practice between classes over time, so you can develop mindfulness as a habit .You will experience the benefits of mindfulness and kindness for yourself.

How to handle difficult emotions with greater ease
How to motivate yourself with encouragement rather than criticism
